This two part class includes the basics of acceptable behavior in the business world, including telephone etiquette.  In the world of business, sometime it’s the little things that count.  Where the little niceties and social amenities can mean the difference between simply existing and gaining that needed edge to move up to success in today’s business environment which is so fiercely competitive.  This class introduces the elements of basic business etiquette.  You will learn the importance of and how to make a powerful first impression by using proper business greetings and introductions.  You will also receive tips on professional imaging and dress, as well as, proper table manners and behavior in social settings.

Anyone who wants to learn or brush up on their business etiquette including telephone etiquette should attend this class.  The information in this class can help you to feel more confident and comfortable in most business situations
