Basic Concepts of Project Management Part II

This two part class is designed to give you the foundation for effective project management.  The project manager serves as the focal point of integrative responsibility for the project scope, time, and cost.  This class helps you to understand the different aspects of the project and how to handle the responsibility of bringing them together successfully.  The definitions of project management terminology are introduced and used as the course progresses to Part II where we actually plan a simple project in a class exercise.
