Creating a Culture of Exceptional Customer Service

Providing service to our customers is the reason UAB exist. In this class, several different aspects of customer service are discussed and practiced.  You will talk about how best to satisfy customers who are from different cultures and how to turn difficult situations into positive ones. Learning how to really listen to your customers and make sure you understand their needs is another topic covered in this class.  Understanding your role as an ambassador for UAB will help you provide the best service possible to your customers as you perform your job each day.
