Managing the Multigenerational Workforce

We currently have four different generations in the workforce.  Understanding generational differences is critical to making them work for the organization and not against it. This course helps you to recognize the different management styles required to effectively manage these very different generations.  Different generations respond differently to attempts to recruit, train, motivate, coach, counsel and retain them.  Learn about why the generations are so different and what you can do to effectively manage them.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
Managers, supervisors, and anyone who works closely with members of the different generations would benefit from the information provided in this class.
