Performance Management

This class teaches the systematic process by which an organization involves its employees, as individuals and members of a group, in improving organizational effectiveness in the accomplishment of its mission and goals.  Learn the principles of developing a Performance Management Plan; what a manager or supervisor’s responsibilities are in managing employees’ performance; and the most effective and legally defensible ways to conduct performance appraisal meetings.

Managers, supervisors, and department heads who are responsible for the performance of employees who report to them would benefit from the information provided in this class.
