Leadership in the Trenches
Guiding others in decision-making situations is sometimes difficult. Many of us feel inadequate when faced with differing viewpoints when consensus is needed. This class will provide techniques for “Socratic” decision-making and uses examples from the movie “12 Angry Men”.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
This class is for anyone who wants to make a difference in their own environment. All that is needed to recognize the benefits of the “FISH” philosophy is the memory of our own reaction to a playful, engaging, and high-energy workplace, and the keys to creating that environment are found in this seminar.

This class is designed primarily for those who lead teams or departments and who desire skills for utilizing varying opinions in effective decision-making interactions.
