Leadership in the Trenches
Guiding others in decision-making situations is sometimes difficult. Many of us feel inadequate when faced with differing viewpoints when consensus is needed. This class will provide techniques for “Socratic” decision-making and uses examples from the movie “12 Angry Men”.
