Learning from the Sidelines: Leadership Lessons from Winning Coaches
Business, in many ways, is analogous to sports.  It’s competitive, team-oriented, goal focused; and most importantly, without an effective coach who believes in you, the whole thing can collapse.    Business leaders can learn much from the straight-forward, honest leadership styles of most sport coaches and their ability to create a vision that ignites passion to work together to do whatever it takes to accomplish team goals. This course attempts to transfer these important leadership principles on a practical, fun level.
