Pronunciation and Accent Training

The purpose of this class is to equip non-native English speakers with the feedback and skills they need to target their American English pronunciation weaknesses so that they can become more easily understood by speakers of English.  Participants take a pre-test in which their pronunciation problems are assessed.  Over the course of the semester participants work on both a class and an individual plan for pronunciation improvement.  Daily feedback is given and the course ends with a post-test to assess improvement and to develop a strategic, individualized plan for continued improvement.
