eLAS - Electronic Leave Accrual System

eLAS is in its final stage of development and is on track for implementation January 2011. eLAS will replace the ALAS (Automated Leave Accrual System) which is currently being used throughout the UAB community to manage and track benefit time accruals and usage for monthly paid employees. eLAS Org Admin Training begins 12/10/10. Our Mission:
Our mission is to support our clients, across the Institution, and the rest of our HR team with truth, respect and professionalism. That means carrying out our assigned duties with our primary focus to keep the best interests of our clients in the forefront, balanced with the needs of our department in support of HR functions within and across UAB.

The HR Data Systems staff provides Management Information Reports from HR Systems as well as maintenance of custom developed software.
