BLAZE Leadership Academy

The next class of the leadership development program for the University’s faculty and senior staff, titled BLAZE (Building Leadership Attributes with Zeal and Excellence), will begin on September 10th, 2009. This program is designed to provide opportunities for faculty and administrators to enhance leadership skills, to learn about UAB’s mission, vision, culture and values, and to network with others who are in similar positions across campus. 

The ideal candidate for the program will have some leadership experience and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing his/her knowledge and skills.
