Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide a supportive learning environment that enables employees to succeed. We offer a variety of courses for UAB employees including courses in Diversity, Professional Development, Computer Technology, and Oracle Administrative Systems.

If you're looking for personal growth education, a class to help you with the Oracle system, or for someone to help you with a computer program you've always wanted to learn, that's where we come in. We provide tools, tips and tricks that help you improve your job and your life.

We offer a complete schedule of classes each quarter and our classes create engaging learning experiences. Our Professional Development program is designed to enhance employee skills in all areas ranging from Basic Writing Skills to Leadership. Our Computer Technology program assists employees in obtaining skills from basic keyboarding to Web development and programming. Our Oracle Administrative Systems programs are designed to provide knowledge and skills needed to work effectively within Oracle HR, Oracle finance or at the management level using Oracle HR & Finance.

You can improve all aspects of your working life, from discovering the secrets of Microsoft Excel to becoming a better leader, with just a few visits a year.
