6-Week Training Program starts Tuesday Sept. 4th
Group sessions will be held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s at 6pm at the Campus Recreation Center. Certified trainers will help you get off the couch and ready to walk, jog, or run the 2-mile event in 6-weeks. The training program is open for all UAB Campus, UAB Medicine, UABHSF, Callahan Eye Hospital, Viva Health, and Children’s of Alabama faculty and staff. You do NOT have to be a Rec Center member to participate in the training program.
